Diversity and Inclusion Consultant, Freelance (4 years)

• Partnered with a big 4 accounting firm’s tax department, working with their diversity and inclusion officer and wider diversity and inclusion team to develop and implement actionable diversity and inclusion plans and events.

• Identified areas for improvement across the company, prepared impactful presentations, and facilitated open discussions to enhance workplace inclusivity. I delivered event plans to further champion diversity and inclusion which has had immense impact on the company.

• Provided consulting services to various entities and individuals, including senior NHS staff, improving workforce and audience diversity and inclusion, and demonstrating strong communication and leadership abilities.

Ultimate Frisbee Club President, UCL (1 year)

• Led a 120-member club to achieve 2 national bronze medals, and gold accreditation, through effective committee organisation and liaison with coaches and venues.

• Implemented successful student outreach and retention programs, growing the club to its largest and developing the most competitive players in a year.

• Coached beginners and social players, and captained the men's second team, fostering a supportive and inclusive environment.
